Chocolate + Pearls


Each year, Vosges has a limited edition collection, and this year it's the Marchesa Casati Truffle Collection. First unveiled in 2004, this truffle consists of black sea salt caramel ensconced in 85% bittersweet dark chocolate + edible, real freshwater pearl dust. Not only does the truffle sound intriguing, but so does the inspiration for the truffle.
