Top It Off

I am sure many of you will agree that Target can be a great place to rack up on inexpensive clothing options, especially trendy pieces you don't want to dish out lots of dough on. This season is shaping up to be a good one as they are offering lots of ruffles and bows: fall's must haves. I am loving these as affordable wardrobe updates and transitional pieces.
