List Your Self

List Your Self: Listmaking as the Way to Self-Discovery is one of my favorite interactive books. I bought it in college during my
who-am-I-where-have-I-been-where-am-I-going stage. Does that stage ever fully end? Anyway, I love lists, so this was perfect for me. I loved writing in it. It's easy because topics are generated for you. Some are silly, some serious.

It's a great book for those that don't regularly journal and those that do. I think List Your Self would make a wonderful graduation present for someone in that soul searching stage.
