My wonderful hubby turned the big 3-0 this weekend so I threw him a surprise party to celebrate embarking on a new decade. He loves Asian food of all kinds so I used that as a jumping off point for the party's theme. Typical 30s garb wouldn't work for me! I decided to throw a party inspired by the orient that began with invitations foreshadowing the evening and bestowing a bit of good fortune.
