Last time we were in Austin, my brother-in-law and sister-in-law introduced me to the famous Dublin Dr Pepper. Although I'm not a huge fan of sodas, I absolutely LOVED it! What's so special about this Dr Pepper is that it's made with cane sugar instead of the cheaper and more common corn syrup. What does that mean? It's the original Dr Pepper formula and tastes wonderful!
Why Dublin? It's named for Dublin, Texas where this special Dr Pepper is produced at the world's oldest Dr Pepper bottling plant. Notice the 10-2-4 on the bottle? It's a throw back to a 1920s study where those numbers represent the times of the day when your supposed to drink Dr Pepper for a little energy boost. Not sure how much truth there is to that, but it's charming never the less!
